This book is full of errors. Even the law review articles (throughout this book) have errors, which is curious because the articles did not come out of a law review editing session with those misspellings and missing punctuation.

The Unabridged Eleventh Edition offers detailed information on corporate law and covers new principal cases, text, and explanatory materials designed to illustrate the development of corporate law.
