Burnich|Carney presents a very good, if not watered down, collection of cases, essays, and questions on Mergers and Acquisitions. He does insert a lot of his scholarship between the covers however - and he isn't the best M & E mind out there. (But who am I, a Law Student, to make such an assertion).
