The writing is dry and boring but it does summarize the law. It's a little in-depth jurisdictionally but it does the job. It's definitely not an easy read but it's relatively concise when it needs to be.|About the Author|Teaches property and real estate finance law at the J. Reuben Clark School of Law, Brigham Young University. He received his LL.B from Duke University School of Law and his B.E.S. from Brigham Young University.
