1) The capsule summary clearly misses important info that you would want in the capsule, some of which is captured in the full text, some of which isn't

2) The full text has clear missing info when checked

An excellent summary of Secured Transactions by Prof. Douglas J. Whaley of The Ohio State University. A great companion supplement for any UCC course, but especially those using the Whaley McJohn text Problems and Materials on Secured Transactions.
