This defeats the concept of a case brief as a shorter and a better organized version of the textbook case. This is rather another version of the textbook itself, too long to be useful.

We brief all the cases portrayed in the case book and not the Notes cases.

If you really want to know the law, these are the briefs. If you want a trite 20 second understanding of the law, and most students do, do not buy our products.
